Hangzhou Ruikai Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and is located in the Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City in Lin’an, Hangzhou, with a factory floor space of 20,000 square meters. The company specializes in manufacturing a wide range of electronic components, including interference suppression filters, reactors, transformers, wire harnesses, common-mode chokes, and more. Its products are supplied to Fortune Global 500 companies and are widely used in various electronic applications, such as washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, digital appliances, televisions, automobiles, and telecommunications equipment, providing high‑quality components to complete‑equipment manufacturers.

The company is equipped with a full range of production machinery and testing instruments, including SRB series winding machines, wire strippers, terminal‑crimping machines, filter assembly lines, epoxy potting machines, tunnel ovens, AC voltage regulators, digital bridge meters, dielectric withstand testers, automated riveting equipment, wave soldering machines, pick-and-place machines, reflow soldering systems, and more. In addition, the company has independently developed a suite of fully automated production lines, such as fully automatic welding lines, solder‑joint inspection systems, automatic forming equipment, automatic dip‑soldering lines, rotary‑type comprehensive test lines, chain‑type comprehensive test lines, PBA insertion lines, and automated TIG welding systems—totaling several highly automated production lines. Through years of equipment upgrades, we have achieved automation in many critical process steps, significantly boosting productivity and ensuring product quality. Currently, our annual output exceeds 20 million units. Our company maintains a robust quality assurance system; in 2008, we obtained ISO 9001 certification for quality management and ISO 14001 certification for environmental management, and our products have been certified to meet safety standards by VDE, CQC, and KC.

The company currently employs over 170 staff members, including more than 20 R&D personnel. It collaborates with leading universities to establish industry–university–research project teams, comprising three doctoral degree holders and ten master’s degree holders, and has repeatedly participated in customers’ new‑product development initiatives. The company’s products are protected by independent intellectual property rights, with nearly 15 patents, including two invention patents and over 13 utility‑model patents.
